International Wholesale Terms Version 1.0
THE BESS
1. Transaction Type お取引形態
Products are available for wholesale purchase only.買取のみのお取引となります。
2. Wholesale Price 卸価格
Wholesale price is 60% of the retail price.
卸価格は上代の60％となります。
3. Minimum Order 最低注文金額
The minimum wholesale order amount is JPY 22,000 (wholesale price).
最低注文金額は下代22,000円以上となります。
4. Production and Delivery 納期
Production lead time is approximately 2 weeks to 1.5 months after order confirmation.
Additional time may be required during busy seasons.
Delivery times vary depending on EMS transit times after shipment.
製作期間はご注文確定後、約2週間～1.5か月となります。
繁忙期はさらにお時間をいただく場合がございます。
納品時期は、発送後のEMS輸送期間により異なります。
5. Payment お支払い
Payment is required in advance.
Credit card payments are accepted.
An invoice including shipping charges will be sent after packing and weighing the order.
お支払いは前払いとなります。
クレジットカード決済をご利用いただけます。
ご注文商品の梱包・計量後、送料を含めた請求書をご案内いたします。
6. Shipping 配送について
Orders are shipped via EMS.
Shipping costs are charged separately based on actual EMS fees.
Shipping costs will be confirmed after packing and weighing the order.
発送方法はEMSとなります。
送料はEMS実費をご負担いただきます。
送料は梱包・計量後にご案内いたします。
7. Import Duties and Taxes 関税・輸入税
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges incurred in the destination country shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
輸入税、関税、通関費用等はご購入者様のご負担となります
8. Handmade Products ハンドメイド商品について
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, shape, and finish may occur.
We hope you enjoy these unique characteristics as part of the charm of handmade products.

Specifications and materials may be changed without prior notice due to manufacturing requirements, quality improvements, or other reasons.

手作り商品のため、大きさや仕上がり具合に個体差がございます。

写真と比較した際にサイズ・色・仕様などに多少の誤差が生じる場合がございます。
また、製造上の都合や品質改善等のため、予告なく仕様を変更する場合がございます。
9. Returns and Exchanges 返品・交換について
If the delivered products differ from the order or contain defects, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will discuss an appropriate solution,such as a refund, replacement, or inclusion in a future shipment.
Return of products is generally not required.
商品違い、不良品等がございました場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
内容を確認の上、返金・再発送・次回ご注文時の同梱等、個別に対応させていただきます。
商品の返送は原則不要といたします。
10. Sales Policy 販売について
Products purchased at wholesale prices are intended for resale by the buyer through their own retail channels.
Resale to third parties, unauthorized redistribution, and sales that may significantly damage the brand image or pricing policy of THE BESS are not permitted.
Please maintain retail prices at or above the prices displayed on the official THE BESS website.
卸価格にてご購入いただいた商品は、ご購入者様ご自身の販売チャネルにて販売いただくことを前提としております。
第三者への転売、無断での再流通、またはTHE BESSのブランドイメージや価格方針を著しく損なう販売はご遠慮ください。
販売価格はTHE BESS公式サイトの販売価格を下回らないようお願いいたします。
11. EMS Shipping Guide（Reference） 配送について
Orders are shipped via EMS (Japan Post).
Estimated shipping and handling charges for Asian countries (excluding China, South Korea, and Taiwan) are shown below for reference.
Up to 1kg Approx. JPY 4,000
Up to 2kg Approx. JPY 5,500
Up to 3kg Approx. JPY 7,000
Over 5kg Quotation Required
Shipping and handling charges shown above are for reference only.
Actual charges will be confirmed after packing and weighing the order.
ご注文商品はEMS（国際スピード郵便）にて発送いたします。
アジア地域（中国・韓国・台湾を除く）への送料・梱包費の目安は下記の通りです。
～1kg 約4,000円
～2kg 約5,500円
～3kg 約7,000円
5kg以上 要見積
