International Wholesale Terms Version 1.0
THE BESS
1. Transaction Type
Products are available for wholesale purchase only.
2. Wholesale Price
Wholesale price is 60% of the retail price.
3. Minimum Order
The minimum wholesale order amount is JPY 22,000 (wholesale price).
4. Production and Delivery
Production lead time is approximately 2 weeks to 1.5 months after order confirmation.
Additional time may be required during busy seasons.
Delivery times vary depending on EMS transit times after shipment.
5. Payment
Payment is required in advance.
Credit card payments are accepted.
An invoice including shipping charges will be sent after packing and weighing the order.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped via EMS (Japan Post).
The shipping charges below are estimates and include packing and handling fees. Actual charges may vary depending on the destination and packed weight.
China, South Korea, and Taiwan:
Up to 1 kg: Approx. JPY 3,000
Up to 2 kg: Approx. JPY 4,500
Up to 3 kg: Approx. JPY 5,500
Other Asian countries (excluding China, South Korea, and Taiwan):
Up to 1 kg: Approx. JPY 4,000
Up to 2 kg: Approx. JPY 5,500
Up to 3 kg: Approx. JPY 7,000
Oceania, Canada, Mexico, the Middle East, and Europe:
Up to 1 kg: Approx. JPY 5,500
Up to 2 kg: Approx. JPY 8,500
Up to 3 kg: Approx. JPY 11,000
United States (including Guam and other U.S. territories):
Up to 1 kg: Approx. JPY 6,500
Up to 2 kg: Approx. JPY 9,500
Up to 3 kg: Approx. JPY 12,500
Central and South America (excluding Mexico) and Africa:
Up to 1 kg: Approx. JPY 6,500
Up to 2 kg: Approx. JPY 10,000
Up to 3 kg: Approx. JPY 13,500
For orders over 3 kg, shipping charges will be quoted separately.
Final shipping charges will be calculated after the order has been packed and weighed.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and EMS transit times.
7. Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges incurred in the destination country shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Handmade Products
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, shape, and finish may occur.

Specifications and materials may be changed without prior notice due to manufacturing requirements, quality improvements, or other reasons.
9. Returns and Exchanges
If the delivered products differ from the order or contain defects, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
After reviewing the details, we will determine the appropriate response, such as a refund, replacement, or inclusion with a future shipment.
10. Sales Policy
Products purchased at wholesale prices are intended for resale by the buyer through their own retail channels.
Resale or wholesale distribution to other retailers or distributors without prior authorization is not permitted.
Sales practices that may significantly damage the brand image or pricing policy of THE BESS are also not permitted.
Please maintain retail prices at or above the prices displayed on the official THE BESS website.

Please note that the total amount shown in the Order Sheet is for domestic orders in Japan. For international orders, we will send you a separate invoice without Japanese consumption tax after the order has been packed and weighed.
